Linoview™miniSPECT at a glance
The primary technology focus for Linoview Systems products will be the imaging of radionuclide-labelled compounds. LOrA-SPECT allows the scientist to speed up the evaluation of the behaviour of new compounds in vivo in biological models. Today animals are sacrificed in the so-called autoradiography process. With LOrA however, compounds first go through a selection process, which allows scientists to perform studies at different time intervals in vivo in order to judge the performance of a new compound without necessarily sacrificing the animal.
Linoview™miniSPECT enables dynamic SPECT imaging at micro level. Due to the unique features of the LOrA technology three dimensional slices with a resolution of < 0.5 mm can be obtained in vivo in a short timeframe. The picture shown is one of the configurations in our program.
